Stephen B. Diamond is a director of Schad, Diamond & Shedden, P.C. Mr. Diamond received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan in 1968, and received his A.B. from Harvard University in 1965.

Mr. Diamond has extensive knowledge and expertise with class actions and qui tam litigation. He is currently managing over sixty cases that were brought under the Illinois Whistleblower Reward and Protection Act. Mr. Diamond is a member of the Chicago, Illinois and American Bar Associations, and is admitted to the state bar of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
