Tony Kim is an associate at Schad, Diamond & Shedden, P.C. Mr. Kim represents clients in class action lawsuits and complex commercial litigation.

He currently represents a putative class of investors who were defrauded out of millions of dollars through an elaborate investment scheme. Mr. Kim also represents a putative class of Chicago consumers who were allegedly defrauded by a Chicago gas company relating to its secret transactions with Enron Corporation.

In addition, Mr. Kim represents clients in the area of consumer finance, including actions brought under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), Truth in Lending Act ("TILA") and the Credit Repair Organizations Act ("CROA").

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kim was an extern to the Honorable Milton Shadur in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, in 2002, and his B.A. in Political Science from Purdue University in 1999. Mr. Kim is a member of the Chicago, Illinois State, and American Bar Associations, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA). Tony Kim is admitted to the State Bar of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
